CJC-1295 (No DAC) + Ipamorelin 10MG
SKU: CJC-IPAMORELIN-10MG | Category: Research Compounds
GHRH analog + selective GHSR agonist | Dual GH secretagogue blend | ≥99% purity per component
This combination vial contains equimolar research-grade CJC-1295 (without DAC) and Ipamorelin, two mechanistically distinct growth hormone secretagogues commonly studied in tandem to examine synergistic GHRH and GHSR signaling.
CJC-1295 (without DAC, also known as modified GRF 1-29) is a 29-amino acid analog of growth hormone-releasing hormone (GHRH) incorporating amino acid substitutions at positions 2, 8, 15, and 27 to enhance proteolytic resistance. It binds and activates the GHRH receptor (GHRHR) on somatotrophs, stimulating intracellular cAMP accumulation and subsequent GH gene expression.
Ipamorelin is a pentapeptide GHSR (ghrelin receptor) agonist with high selectivity for the growth hormone secretagogue receptor 1a (GHSR-1a), exhibiting minimal cross-reactivity with ACTH, cortisol, or prolactin pathways — a property extensively studied in comparative GH secretagogue pharmacology.
Combined, they are used to study dual-pathway GH signaling, receptor cross-talk, and additive or synergistic secretagogue profiles in pituitary cell models. Each component independently verified at ≥99% purity. ISO 9001 certified, GMP-manufactured. COA available.
